Reapit’s AgencyCloud App – Getting Started

Read the following information to help you get started with the SignatureSense App from within Reapit’s Agency Cloud.

#1 Install Both SignatureSense Apps

The SignatureSense app comes in two parts and both need to be installed from the app market place in AgencyCloud.

  • SignatureSense” – The font end for issuing and tracking your documents
  • SignatureSense Sync” – Keeps your documents and updates fed back to AgencyCloud in the background.

#3 Add SignatureSense Tags To Your Document Templates

SignatureSense needs to know where to ask for a signature. To do this, your documents need to have our tags added. It’s as simple as adding some special text into your document templates where you need a signature to appear.

#4 Send Forms For Completion And Signing

You might need to send a form that needs completing before signing. SignatureSense can create forms for easy completion on mobile and desktop devices. Contact us to help you get your templates set up – support@signaturesense.com.

#5 Other Features

The SignatureSense Agency Cloud App has some great features, including:

  • Use our app to Merge documents before sending into one PDF.
  • Automatically convert Word documents to PDF for sending.
  • Create document “Packs” – for sending more than one document at a time.
  • Set a document to Automatic or Manual execution (for example ASTs are usually executed manually but TOBs are normally executed automatically).
  • Automatically append documents (for example the app can automatically append a How To Rent to your tenant’s pack.
  • Track a document’s progress / send reminders or correct signatory details within the app.
  • Automatically request every page to be initialled without needing to update your template.
  • Send documents for “acknowledgement” only. For example Sales Particulars.
  • Customise the email templates used with your documents.
  • Request documents from your Signatories (such as ID documents).
  • View reports of all documents you’ve sent recently across all tenancies / properties
  • Easily add safety certificates to your packs.

#6 Explore the SignatureSense Web App

You can also use our web app directly to send documents for signing. You will have been given sign in details when you registered. Click the Sign In link at the top of our website.
