Email Alerts

The originator (sender) and all document signatories receive email updates when the document is signed.

A final signed copy is also emailed to all parties involved.

Real-Time Tracking

You can track the status of your documents throughout the whole signing process in real time. You can see which signatory has viewed / or signed the contract and when.

The 'dashboard' provides an overview of any recent activity on any of your documents.

Automatic PDF Conversion

Documents are stored with SignatureSense in PDF format in order to ensure compatibility with signatories.

SignatureSense will automatically convert any common file type (e.g. .doc) into PDF format during the upload process.

Regular Upgrades

We continually make improvements to our product based on customer feedback.

Improvements are 'rolled out' automatically and when they become available - at no additional cost.

SSL Security

All interaction with SignatureSense is done via a secure connection, meaning 3rd parties cannot intercept your usage of SignatureSense.

We can brand the look of SignatureSense to match your business. Any email sent to your signatories can also be branded with your company's name and logo.

Document Archiving

Your documents are encrytped and stored securely for reference at a later date by all signatories.

Reminders

A reminder email can be sent to your more forgetful signatories at the click of a button.

Labelling & Filing

In order to help keep your documents well organised you can create, apply and search for labels (like folders) on each document.

Examples labels could include "NDAs" or "Project 1234".

Each document can have as many labels as required.

Documents can also be searched for by title, user or signatory.

Contract Length

We aim to offer a flexible service to suit your organisation as it evolves. You can switch plans at any time and you will never be tied to more than 1 month.*

*Enterprise plans may have a longer commitment period.

Recipients / Signatories

The people you send a document to for signing do not need a SignatureSense account and are not counted as a 'user'.

This means that even if you only have one 'user' you can send documents to many signatories at no extra cost.

Users / Orginators

Your organisation may have several people who need to send / track documents for signing. Each one of these is considered as a 'user' within your organisation's SignatureSense account.

Your signatories do not need to be registered as a 'user' - only the person sending the document.

Documents

You can choose a plan to suit how many documents you are likely to be sending for signing.

If you are a small company with only a few documents per month then our PAYG (Pay as you Go) plan could be ideal. For higher volumes our Lite or Standard packages could be better value.

Monthly Price

This is the base amount we charge per month for each package.

With some packages (e.g. PAYG and Lite) the total could change each month depending on your usage.

All amounts are subject to VAT.
